College students protesting against military recruiters have their names put in a DHS database called TALON that's meant to track terrorism suspects.

An interesting detail - this was reportedly done by the 902nd Military Intelligence Group. I'd thought military intelligence wasn't allowed to operate within the US. The CIA is barred from such activities, but what about the military itself and other intelligence branches?

I dream of the day when there will be House or Senate hearing that will reveal the craven shitweasels who perpetrate these crimes against democracy. Bring it on!

Shitweasel isn't my own. It may be a Hunter Thompsonism, though a cursory Google search indicates that "craven shitweasel" may be my own original constuction.
