Rachel Maddow shows how Romney lied about being a MA resident when he wanted to run for governor in MA. When the Globe discovered that he was getting tax benefits as a Utah permanent resident, he blamed the situation on others, and then retroactively adjusted his tax forms.

It should be noted that the MA commission that determines eligibility to run has historically been lenient about the requirements.
