Here's what one researcher says about how these people describe themselves!

``enemies of freedom, antidemocratic, antiequality, highly prejudiced, mean-spirited, power hungry, Machiavellian and amoral." And that's not just his view. To the contrary, this is how these people have consistently described themselves when being anonymously tested, by the tens of thousands over the past several decades.

So what can be done about people like this who seek political power? I don't think there's a magic solution. We have to keep our government open and our citizens interested in keeping the government honest.
