This was actually the second of two that I made. The first had a spoon in place of the hook. To be specific, the spoon was epoxied to a tab of wood which slotted into the gap on the end of the arm. That gets pegged into place with a bit of toothpick so that it's removable.

These plans aren't 100% complete, but they're pretty good. In particular, the trough isn't explained at all. I winged it. A spoon-based model won't need that though.
