Bacon makes everything better

My sister sent me a recipe for bacon jam. I made some last night. It's very good - more savory than sweet. I look forward to experimenting with it. She uses it on breakfast sandwiches (toast, egg, and cheese). I tried it on a peanut butter sandwich.
