A co-worker just asked me that question. My answer was that blogs are like on-line diaries that anyone can read. I sent him a link to one that deals with subjects of interest to him. We'll see if he can stop at just one.

I also mentioned that blogs aren't 100% reliable since they lack the fact-checking done by the better sort of big media organizations. That's over-simplifying, but better than no warning at all.

What would you tell someone who had just heard about blogs and wanted to know more?
Among a host of other issues, he appears to hate anyone who gets more publicity than he does. Not real big on family values in his personal life either.

Note: I heard him speak at a convention a few years back. He's a good speaker, but he just couldn't resist the opportunity to get in a dig at the Democrats. This was not, mind you, a Republican audience.
