Another week, another anti-Jacoby letter

Alas, this one didn't make the Globe letters page either, but there were two anti-Jacoby letters and none in favor. Perhaps mine was a bit strong, (especially the last sentence) but what else can one say of those who are opting to let the current situation go on.
