Haven't posted much here lately

I've posted fewer photos here since Picasaweb made it harder (impossible?) to embed photos on other sites, but I'm still posting photos elsewhere. Does anyone know a good tool for updating LJ, Google+, and Facebook all at once? I might post more if I could avoid the drudgery of repeating posts.
