Remind the TSA to follow the law

The TSA was supposed to conduct a notice and comment process on its use of "Advanced Imaging Technology" for screening at airports. There are health, cost, and privacy concerns that need to be addressed. To date, the TSA has put off doing so. By delaying, the TSA reinforces the suspicion that they might have something to hide.
