Mitt Romney - serial killer?

If, as Mittens himself admits, corporations are people, then weren't Mitt and Bain doing something wrong when they bought and carved up living, breathing corporations? From the "Definitely Not Coordinating With Stephen Colbert Super PAC" and voiced by John Lithgow, here's a video version of this argument:
