To view them in a larger size than the page shows, click on the individual image, wait for the new page, then click on "More info" and choose your size. Even full size is only about 5MB for most of these, so you won't be waiting too long.
These were done with a Canon SX 100 and Photostitch (which comes with the camera). The camera has a stitch-assist mode to help with panoramas, but it's not required. Photostitch seems able to manage most photos that overlap horizontally.
