Is this administration even capable of telling the truth if it wants too? The widely discussed six port deal is actually for 21 ports according to UPI. And there's also this little detail:
Under the same law, port facility operators may have access to Coast Guard security incident response plans -- that is, they would know how the Coast Guard plans to counter and respond to terrorist attacks.
In reality, such plans can't possibly be completely secret. Too many people must know what to do in advance. Broadcasting these plans to foreign governments is careless though. An administration that was really concerned about about security would do something about such loopholes.
