Saturday 9/20 - canvassing in Plaistow NH

I spent something like 6 hours yesterday canvassing potential voters in Plaistow NH yesterday. It was a nice clear day and perfect for being outside. I brought three members of a family from Newton up with me. We got a brief training session in Salem before heading off to Plaistow.

I think we came up with slightly more potential Obama voters than McCain, but they both need to watch out because "Not Home" is clearly ahead of both. I blame the nice weather.

Volunteering time in NH, where the race looks close, appears to be the best way to influence the presidential campaign. Does anyone have other ideas?

2) we counted signs on our way up cape last weekend, and "for Sale" was definitely winning.
