Red-capped Manakin (aka the Michael Jackson bird)

It's called the Michael Jackson bird because the males do a moonwalk as part of their courtship display. This one is a male.

This is the beach on the was to La Leona ranger station in Corcovado park Very scenic, but the humidity is 110%.
