This election has me thinking pretty seriously about the Green party. They're huge in Europe, why not here? The Dems seem moribund. How can they let the elephants always control the terms of the debate? There's gotta be a better way to oppose this grinding to the right that's been going on.

Mandate, my ass. But you just know they are going to try and spin it that way. I can only hope it crashes and burns the way Newt' contract with America did.
